Salem offers 24-hour skilled nursing care for those who need it. Our compassionate, highly trained staff will assist with daily medical needs and activities. Our Skilled Nursing Program offers a calendar of activities that help strengthen the body, stimulate the mind and nurture the spirit. Rehabilitation therapists work closely with other staff to maximize each resident's independence.

Our skilled nursing services include:

• 24-hour skilled nursing
• On-site rehabilitation services
• Incontinence management
• Personal care
• Chaplain and social services
• Audiology services
• Massage therapy
  

Residents may choose either private or shared accommodations. They are encouraged to decorate their rooms in ways that will make them more personal. The Care Center features family rooms, a lounge, activity rooms and an aviary where residents and family members can relax together while keeping in touch with nature.
